NON SMOKING! 3 Bedroom home with a BBQ Grill outside on pool deck. The POOL IS NOT HEATED!!! There is an electric Ninja grill that can be found in the kitchen pantry. Please make sure it is cleaned and put away or there will be a $50 extra cleaning fee. If found smoking there will be an additional $300 cleaning fee. There is a pack n play located in the master bedroom closet. Sheets are not provided. Long term stays are not provided with toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, laundry soap, linens, towels, and garbage bags. You will be provided with 2 rolls of toilet tissue, 2 paper towels, a few coffee pods, and a few garbage bags. You are responsible to purchase your own products during your stay. For long term stay cleaning is available at an additional cost but arrangements have to be made through the host.

No events or private parties. If we find out there is a party or event you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the home. If there is smoking or vaping inside the home there will be an additional cleaning fee of $300 to clean the property. No candles to be lit anywhere inside of the home.

The pool is not heated. and the home does have cameras around the home for your safety and insurance requirements. due to past guest not following the rules of home. There is a camera on left ,right side and front of home and the doorbell camera. In the backyard on fence there is a Pool camera.
