This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 1 car garage duplex apartment. There is another apartment located on the other side. Each are separate apartments. There is a pack n play located in the living room closet. Sheets are not provided. Ninja electric grill located in the kitchen pantry. Please clean and put away. If not cleaned there will be an additional $50 cleaning fee. The home is non-smoking if found to have smoked in the property you will be charged an additional $300 cleaning fee. For long term stay cleaning is available during your stay at an additional fee. You need to contact the host to make arrangements. Long term stays are not provided with toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, laundry soap, linens, towels, and garbage bags. You will be provided with 2 rolls of toilet tissue, 2 paper towels, a few coffee pods, and a few garbage bags. You are responsible to purchase your own products during your stay.

There is no smoking or vaping anywhere inside of the home or garage. If found to have been smoking in the home there will be an additional cleaning fee of $300 to remove the smell. Absolutely no parties or events allowed. If found to have any party or event you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Only 6 guests max allowed to stay on premises. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate two extra guest for an additional fee. Only service animals are allowed. No candles to be used in this home at all. Please be considerate of noise as there is and additional apartment next door that is also rented.. Please use paper towels to clean up spills. If towels, hand towels, and washcloths are used to clean up spills and messes there will be charges of $5 per each item that needs to be replaced due to stains.

There are 2 bedrooms. Each one has a queen size bed, a smart tv, a dresser, a closet, and two night stands. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Extra bedding will be in the closet in the entry. There is a 65” tv in the living room with remote on the end table There is a back screened in back porch with seating for 6. There is a brand new washer & dryer located in the garage. There is parking for two vehicles in the drive way, there is no parking cars in the garage.
