There is no vaping or smoking inside the home or the garage. If found to have been smoking there will be an additional cleaning fee charged to you at $300. Absolutley no parties allowed. If found to have any party or event you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Only 5 guests max are allowed unless otherwise approved by the host.There is a twin roll away bed located in the closet of the bedroom. No candles. Please be considerate of noise. The unit next door is also an airbnb. Use paper towels for spills. There will be a $5 charge for any wash cloths, towels, or hand towels that are ruined.

Included in all bookings we do provide toilet paper, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, towels, hand towels, shampoo/conditioner, body soap, and laundry soap. This is to get you started. For extended stays of 1 week or more you are to provide your own additional soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels. On extended stays there is additional cleaning options where you can pay extra to have someone come in and clean if you are there for more than 30 days.
